Return Policy

At Pingal, each piece is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. As part of our commitment to luxury and quality, returns will be processed only under the following conditions:

• The product was not damaged while in your possession.

• The product is the same as what was originally shipped to you.

• The product is returned in its original condition with packaging intact, MRP tag attached, proof of purchase, and all accompanying accessories.

Products sent to us without prior return confirmation will not be accepted.

Our return window is 2 to 10 working days, depending on your location.

If a replacement request is made and the original item is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Note: International purchases are not eligible for returns. However, refunds may be processed under applicable conditions.

To initiate a return, please submit a request through our official website. Once your return is approved, our team will guide you through the process, including return shipping instructions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

As a standard policy, orders once placed cannot be canceled by the buyer.

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• The order could not be delivered within the estimated timeframe.

• The order was canceled by Pingal due to circumstances beyond your control (e.g., non-availability of the product).

• We reserve the right to review cancellation requests and determine if they meet the above conditions. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Once the refund is approved it will take 10 business days to credit to your bank account. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  - Replacement products will be delivered with in 7 business days after once get approved.

In cases of misuse of our return or cancellation policy (e.g., frequent returns, refusals, or cancellations), Pingal reserves the right to suspend or terminate customer accounts at its discretion.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pingal, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our products. Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In case of any disputes, the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Amendments to Policy

Pingal reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Pricing & Availability

All product prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices listed at the time of order placement will be applicable at delivery. In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we will notify you via email.

Eligibility to Use Services

By placing an order with Pingal, you represent that you are 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
