Shipping Policy – Pingal

The products sold on www.atpingal.com may attract Delivery and Shipping charges. These charges are variable and depend on factors such as the delivery location (City/State), distance from our base location in Gujarat, and the gross weight of the product. All applicable charges will be displayed to you before your transaction is completed.

Shipping Partners & Timelines

Pingal partners with trusted premium courier services to ensure safe and secure delivery across India. Currently, we offer Standard Shipping only. Delivery timelines typically range from 2 to 9 business days, depending on your location.
At present, we accept orders only within India.

Pingal reserves the right to cancel an order within 48 hours of placement in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Options

1. Home Delivery

  • FREE DELIVERY for orders within 5 km of our primary location.

  • For delivery between 5 km and 10 km, an additional charge of ₹50 (inclusive of taxes) will apply.

  • For delivery beyond 10 km, charges will be calculated based on your location and product weight.

  • In case of any delay in delivery due to internal or external factors, Pingal shall not be obligated to compensate for the inconvenience.

  • Any compensation, if considered, will be solely at Pingal’s discretion and processed via digital payment transfer.

  • You are required to pay the full order amount before or at the time of delivery.

2. Store Pick-Up

You can choose to pick up your order from our designated outlet at your convenience. There are no additional charges for in-store collection.

Important Notes

  • If you notice that the package is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the order.

  • If the issue is identified after acceptance, you may return the product to our outlet as per our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Pingal will make every effort to deliver your order accurately and on time. However, in exceptional circumstances (including force majeure events), we shall not be liable for delays or cancellations.

  • Products will not be delivered unless payment is completed (except in cases of Cash on Delivery where applicable).

  • We do not guarantee delivery if the customer is unavailable at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery attempt.

  • On weekends and public holidays, deliveries to commercial establishments may be delayed if the premises are closed.
