Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pingal, every product is crafted and delivered with the highest standards of quality and authenticity. However, in rare situations where a return or refund may be necessary, the following policy applies.
Return Eligibility
A return will only be processed if:
The product was not damaged while in your possession.
The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
The product is returned in its original condition, with packaging, MRP tag intact, proof of purchase/invoice, and all accessories (if any).
The return request is placed and confirmed by us before sending the product back. Products sent to Pingal without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 2 to 10 working days of delivery, depending on your location.
Replacement & Refunds
If a replacement request is approved but the product is unavailable in stock, a refund will be issued.
International Customers: Products purchased internationally are not eligible for return. However, refunds may be granted in case of order cancellation or unavailability.
All return requests must be raised through the official Pingal website. Once your request is approved, we will guide you with shipping instructions.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
As a general rule, orders once placed cannot be cancelled by the buyer.
Pingal reserves the right to deny refunds on cancellation unless they fall under the following conditions:
If the order could not be delivered within the estimated timeline.
If Pingal or its associates are unable to fulfill the order due to reasons beyond the buyer’s control (e.g., non-availability of the product, logistical issues, or store limitations).
If Pingal cancels the order for operational reasons.
In such cases, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
Abuse of Policy: If a customer is found misusing the return/refund process (excessive returns, cancellations, or refusals), Pingal reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently block such accounts.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pingal or its directors, employees, or representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the cost of the product purchased.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
By using our services, you agree that in case of any dispute, the matter will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
Amendments to Policy
Pingal reserves the right to modify this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The version applicable to your order will be the one in force at the time of purchase.
Pricing & Availability
Prices displayed at checkout are final and will apply at the time of delivery.
All prices are inclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise.
While we update product availability regularly, there may be cases where a product ordered becomes unavailable. In such situations, you will be notified via email, and a refund will be issued.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
