Shipping & Delivery Policy

The products purchased on Pingal’s official website may attract delivery and shipping charges. These charges are not fixed and depend on multiple factors, including:

  • City/State of delivery

  • Distance from our distribution points or outlets

  • Gross weight and volume of the product

You will be informed of the exact shipping charges before the transaction is processed.


Shipping Coverage & Timeline

  • Pingal collaborates with trusted luxury courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and secure deliveries across India.

  • At present, we offer standard shipping only.

  • Depending on your location, delivery may take 2 to 9 business days.

  • Currently, Pingal accepts and fulfills orders only within India.


Order Cancellations

Pingal reserves the right to cancel an order within 48 hours from the time of placement, in case of unforeseen circumstances or operational limitations.


Modes of Delivery

1. Home Delivery

  • Free Delivery: Not out of India.

Important Notes:

  • In the rare case of delays due to logistics, unavailability, or force majeure events, Pingal shall not be obligated to provide compensation.

  • Any compensation, if deemed necessary, will be at Pingal’s sole discretion and processed only through digital payment transfer.

  • Customers must pay the entire order amount before or at the time of delivery.

  • Compensation amounts cannot be deducted by customers from payable invoices.


2. Pick-Up from Pingal Outlet(s)

  • Customers may choose to collect their orders directly from our outlet(s).

  • No additional charges apply for in-store pickups.


Delivery Conditions & Responsibilities

  • If you believe that the package is tampered with, damaged, or not in good condition at the time of delivery, you are advised to refuse the package immediately.

  • If an issue is discovered after accepting delivery, the product may be returned to our outlet(s) as per the terms of our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Pingal will make every effort to fulfill orders accurately and on time. However, in rare circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or emergencies, Pingal is not liable for delays or non-delivery.

  • Products will not be delivered unless the purchase is fully paid (except in cases of Cash on Delivery, if applicable).

  • Guaranteed delivery is not assured if:

    • The recipient is unavailable at the delivery address at the scheduled time, or

    • The customer delays collecting the package from the outlet(s) despite it being available.


Non-Delivery Days

  • Deliveries are not guaranteed to offices or establishments that are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
